What is the difference between an ipod shuffle 2nd generation and an ipod shuffle 3rd generation?

What is the difference between an ipod shuffle 2nd generation and an ipod shuffle 3rd generation? I know this is lame but I am retarded when it comes to electronics.

2. No, I don't think so. I think the only change is the colors and the addition of the Product (RED) version. Still, the capacity remains the same at 1 GB and you continue to get the dock that comes with all 2nd and 3rd generation shuffles.
3. the colors are different. the storage capacity and price are the same (1gb, $79) and they have the product(RED) version where 10% of the proceeds go to fighting AIDS in Africa. here are some pics

4. officialy there is no iPod Shuffle 3G , the last official is 2Gen introduced 2006 year. Yes there are some new shuffle models , but the difference is only in the capacity.
