How can I erase podcasts from my Ipod nano?

I can't sync because Ipod is full (which would be one way to get rid of old podcasts). Strangely, unlike songs and audiobooks, my podcasts aren't listed under my nano when looking at it on Itunes. If I could just find the podcasts, I could erase them. But I can't find where they are listed. Any help?



I erased them from the playlist where I originally put the podcasts, but that doesn't erase them from the Nano. I know they are still on there because the Ipod is still full.

There's no folder for Podcasts (like there are for Music and Audiobooks.) If I could just find the podcast, I could erase them, but they aren't visible under my Nano on Itunes. Nor can I find them when scrolling through my Nano.
No, there's no folder for Podcasts on the sidebar. There is for Music and Audiobooks, but not for Podcasts. Strange, huh?

1. Well if you sync your ipod automatically instead of manually, all you should have to do is go to the podcast tab when you click on your ipod in itunes and uncheck the sync podcasts button. If you manually manage your music then go to the podcast folder on your ipod and in your library and remove the undesired podcasts. If that still doesn't work, try resetting your ipod (hold down select button and menu button for about 3 seconds) after you have deleted the podcasts. Hope that helps. Good luck
   
   
   
   Well have you tried resetting your ipod? This may fix your problem. You do not have a podcast section on the sidebar? DO YOU HAVE A MAC OR A PC?
   
   
   
   Well that's the main source of your problem. Get rid of the PC. I haven't used itunes on a PC in a while so i'm not positive. But you could maybe fix this problem by finding your itunes music folder and opening it and there should be a folder along with all of your artists called "podcasts". You might even be able to get into your ipod control if you enable disc use and find the podcasts in there somewhere. Good luck
