What kind of Apple iPod should I buy?

What kind of Apple iPod should I buy? I run/rollerblade daily and travel about 3 times a month, long flights from East Coast out West. I had a Shuffle iPod but it was stolen. I am not sure if I should upgrade or stick with it. I only want to get an Apple music player. Any help? Thanks!

1. If you just want music...there's nothing wrong with the shuffle. They're small and you can put a whole bunch of songs on there. The shuffle is the cheapest and smallest thing to carry and you'll free yourself up rollerblading.
2. Upgrade, buy a Creative Zen or Zen Stone.
3. I would upgrade to the new nano so you can also watch videos while you fly. Also its smaller for traveling.
