How do I get my apple ipod to display the album cover when a song is playing?

I have the new apple Ipod 30gb player and I have about 5 gigs of songs loaded into it but it doesn't show the album when a song is playing.

1. Find a picture of the CD cover from CDnow.com or Amazon.com and save it to your hard drive. Then in your iPod library, click the songs or albums you want and then go to Get Info. Open the folder with the picture for the album in it and drag it to the "Artwork" area. Hit save or...okay or something.
2. My Ipod only displays the album covers of the songs that I have purchased on-line. The songs I added from my personal collection are not displayed. Maybe that's it?
